Open Enrollment: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) - Communications

This course introduces programmable logic controllers (PLC) communications.  Students will utilize Allen Bradley CompactLogix controllers, Allen Bradley PowerFlex 525 Variable Frequency Drives (VFD’s), and controller to controller communication basics.

Pre-Requisite:

Attendees should have a basic understanding of Studio 5000.
Suggested Participants: maintenance technicians, controls technicians.
