 fresher course is designed in compliance with MSHA 30 CFR Part 46 and Part
  48(b) which offers miners of all experience levels a useful\, comprehensi
 ve and effective annual training class.\n\nUnder Part 46\, one hour will b
 e left for companies to conduct and document under section 46.8(b) “inst
 ruction on changes at the mine that could adversely affect the miner’s h
 ealth and safety” which shall bring the training record to a total of no
  fewer than eight training hours\, as required by MSHA. Please notify us i
