Open Enrollment: Basic Robot & Teach Pendant Operation 

This course is intended for an operator or technician who must troubleshoot robot programs. This course also covers safe robot operation and basic teach pendent programming.

Lab instruction and activities will include:

• Robotic System Introduction
• Diagnosing a fault
• Jogging in Joint and World
• Teach Pendant Operations
• Inputs and Outputs
• File Backup
• Tool Frames
• User Frames
• Creating a simple program
• Touching up points
• Registers and Position Registers

This course is intended for maintenance technicians and senior robot operators. It is recommended that participants complete this course prior to attending Advanced Robot and Teach Pendant Operation.
